1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 95 Jili ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 95 Jili website located at 95jili.org and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the 95 Jili platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 95 Jili platform or any affiliated platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 95 Jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided, including a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID).

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 95 Jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 95 Jili account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notifying 95 Jili customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

95 Jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any wagers placed or transactions conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be treated as valid and binding.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 95 Jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 95 Jili supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where available.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 95 Jili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 95 Jili account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 95 Jili reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the payment method selected. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• 95 Jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of security checks, fraud investigations, or KYC verification.
• Deposits and withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind are not supported and are strictly prohibited on the 95 Jili platform.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

95 Jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time of each individual offer:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the terms of each specific promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions of each promotion. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any bonus before opting in.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• 95 Jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of modification will be honored under the original terms.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6 Gameplay and Wagering

All games available on the 95 Jili platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time. The outcomes of all games are determined fairly and independently of any player action or platform intervention.

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 95 Jili system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 95 Jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. The platform's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 95 Jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 95 Jili platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or system used by 95 Jili.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 95 Jili account.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 95 Jili platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 95 Jili or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 95 Jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 95 Jili platform without prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 95 Jili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The 95 Jili platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its content.

10 Responsible Gaming

95 Jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to players seriously.

• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits directly within their account settings at any time.
• Cool-off periods of 1, 7, 14, or 30 days are available to players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming.
• Self-exclusion is available for players who require a longer-term break. Self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum of 6 months and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or security checks.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
